It consolidated with Sabato Morais Lodge, Number 464, in 1904, and it changed its name to Theodore Herzl Lodge, Number 314. In 1905, Theodore Herzl Lodge, Number 314, consolidated with Oregon Lodge, Number 65, and became known as Portland Lodge, Number 65. B'nai B'rith's Portland Lodge, Number 416, was founded in 1891, primarily by American-born sons of German Jews. It was especially active in aiding those Jews who were living in Eastern Europe. In 1905, it consolidated with Theodore Herzl Lodge, Number 314. When it consolidated with Oregon Lodge, Number 65, in 1918-1919, it became known as Portland Lodge Number 65.
